Where can I find a court approved parenting class?

Is there any method for transferring a case from one jurisdiction to another with a veterans court? I had a DUI in the west mesa district court, and need any options to use the benefits and treatment options within the VA court system.

I am on section 8, I rent from a real estate agency. I am being evicted for not paying my water bill. The realtor makes me share the water bill with my neighbor, and divides it in half for us to pay. I have not been able to pay for it, I have two daughters and we struggle to pay the electric and other expenses. In the past he has allowed me to get caught up when i file for taxes. I pay it out of the earned income credit refund, this year he is not allowing me to do so. They are evicting me, I asked if i could pay it when i get my tax refund, he said no. My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I have a person who lives on my property without lease. We started to have a relationship. It has now involved the police and domestic violence. The police will not arrest this person and I have called them several times after physical confritations they say his word against mine no witnesses. I want him gone evicted or something. I can't seem to stop the police from telling him that he has tenant rights. He has caused multiple damages to my house and my property outside. He has taken my keys and locked me out of my house etc. What do I do?

How do I get child support to stop while he is living with me and attending school?

Can an HOA stop or fine a person for using a motorcycle stating that we are creating noise pollution? The motorcycle is my main form of transportation to work. I didn't see anything about use of a motorcycle during certain hours.

in 2013 was bit by two bit bulls. filed a claim with there insurance company. 2009 home owner died. son was making home owners insurance payment. its been almost a year since i made this claim now im getting the run around saying they didn't know that the home owner was dead. do they still have to pay out on my claim? how long do they have to pay on the claim?
