  • My daughter and my 2 grandkids reside in an apartment. This morning about 2 am, water leaked into the electrical system in her building. Causing the power to go out in several units. The landlord said it will be at least a week before it is fixed. What is the landlords duty and responsibilities. To my daughter & grandkids living arrangements.   • my x-girlfriend and i have a set of twins but before they were born we got caught in a bad situation and got in trouble with the law. im now in prison and my sons were born, ive never seen them and she says i never will. she is also on her way to prison and i want a paternity test and i want to no my rights. the problem is she doesnt recieve any public assistance and she never will. what can i do??
  • I rent a mobile home that has a large front and back yard. My landlord is always on the property and coming over unannounced. I understand I rent from him but how much privacy am I entitled to? The landlord also has a storage shed that sits behind the mobile home. We don't use. The neighbor next door comes over whenever he pleases and uses the storage shed. He says the landlord lets him use it. I feel like I have no privacy whatsoever!

The man intimidated a disabled female in the home and verbally assaulted her the following day (at which time they were given 10 days to vacate), they were caught smoking marijuana in the home (given a verbal warning), their dog bit someone (didn't break skin just bruising and swelling), caught smoking a second time - told to leave immediately and made threats of imminent harm. Have not returned to claim possessions as agreed and claim we owe them money. What do I do?
  • I am 27. I owe about 18,00 in child support right now. Ive been able to make payments here and there but only $50 at a time. I have an arrears hearing coming up on sept. 3rd. This will be the first hearing. Just in the last few days I was able to gain employment for a department store. Im going to have them garnish my wages or I will be making the appropriate payment. I have honestly just had trouble finding work. Do I need to be concerned about going to jail at this hearing? and can I request a modification of support at this hearing?

SO I SEND AMT THY TOLLD ME TO SND BY WU.NEVR DID I GET PAPAERS MY HOME WAS IN FORCLOSURE PROCESS OR SRVD ANTHNG & KEPT AL OUR STUF
  • I was evicted from my home that I own. Not the land. Was evicted because they said I had a unauthorized roommate and when I asked her to leave she called the police on me and said I pushed her. Both where lies. I haven't even been convicted of the crime. Now they say I can't sell my home unless I pay for lot fees that I owe them after the eviction. They refuse to take my money but then say I still have to pay lot fees. Can I sell my home and not pay these fees. She is telling buyers she can refuse to let them move in if I don't pay for the months I was not even living there.
