  • My ex girlfriend and I have a 2 year old son. We were never married. Shortly after we broke up she started seeing a convicted pedophile..she was taking my son to see him in the prison without me knowing. Now she lives in another town about 3 hours away from me and again didn't tell me. And she was also supposed to let the court know when she found herself a job, she never notified the court and she also never told them she was moving. With the fact that she moved and has my son around a pedophile, do I have enough evidence to show why I should get sole custody of my child?

  • I have lived in my park for 16 years, gone thru at least 4 management changes and decided to sell my mobile home and move. I have only ever signed the original lease, no addendums, have never been provided any new rules or regs, have continuosly asked to have my electric and water bills researched, and have NEVER gotten a response as to why when I lived away from the home for a month my water bill was $92. Now, since I have sold my home, the management company is coming after me for the last month rent and utilities. I requested a copy of he standing lease on my account and they refused.
  • The house is under contract "as is", delay in closing (1 month, then 3 more months due to divorce not yet finalized). Owner-to-be is paying rent month to month. Without permission or notice has rectified plumbing, tree, electric situations and now wants seller-to-be to pay expenses. Since it is under contract "as is", does seller-to-be have to pay anything?
  • We live in a small private property community with private roads. Every morning and afternoon we are over loaded and blocked in by parents using our neighborhood to drop off and pick up kids. They ignore all our signs and block anyone from getting in or out safely. We have buses that come and get our kids and they can’t get around the neighborhood because of the parking on both sides of the road. The street are more narrow as they are private and we pay for all up keep. We know we can block the roads off but what else can be done to get those people out and off our streets?
  • I belong to a Property Owner's Association. The manager and the original Developer states we do not follow ARS Title 33 because the Association is a non-profit corp. and does not own property. We are all mandated members that must pay dues to maintain the roads that are dedicated to public use. We have bylaws, CC&R's. Is this true? The developer is getting properties back thru foreclosures and says he does not owe dues and is using his 10-1 votes from the foreclosures. Our CC&Rs say that if the first mortgagee gets property back they are not liable for past dues, but from acquisition. Help?
