QUESTIONS

  • I have an eviction on my credit that was paid and one was listed as 1 year later than it was how can i correct or prove.
  • Does my landlord have a right to ask about proof of employment- even if I am paying my rent on time and in full each month? I have also paid all of the security, final month rent, and non refundable moneys when I moved in. He asked for proof of employment and bank account numbers on the application, I gave him my current which was out of state, now he is insisting on current employment and income amounts. He tells me that I am on a 6 month probation out of a 1yr lease upon proof of employment each month.
  • The apartment that I moved out of says I owe them money for a variety of things when I moved out. They charged me to paint it, but when I moved in the walls were already dirty with spills and stains. I have pictures to prove it when I moved in. Also, when I asked for a copy of what I am being charged for, the information was not accurate. It says they did all the cleaning and painting in the middle of the month, but I didn't move out until the last day of that month. Do I have an argument worth pursuing?
  • My wife is threatning me to move out of state with my 3 yr old daughter. We don't live together now but I am still a legal guardian and the father on the birth certificate. What should I do to keep her from taking my child.
  • My granddaughter and her boyfriend moved into my house after she had her baby they broke up and my granddaughter moved back in with her parents but the exboyfriend refuses to leave my house What do I do??
  • We recently got new park owners. They started to charge more for water and sewage. They tripled it within the last couple months. Now they want to change all the parks water meters and mind you they added a bunch of trailers that are lobsided and looks like they’re going to fall. Are they allowed to change the whole parks water meter.. how do parks normals measure water here in Arizona
  • My husband wants a Divorce and we have a boat that has His Name OR my name. Does the word OR make it community property? He says it was a gift to him and won't sell it. What does the word OR mean on the title? Is it community property?
  • My boyfriend and I (never married) had our son in TX and upon our agreeing to split decided to a three month rotation until he was old enough for school at which point I agreed to live where his father was so we could do one week on and one week off. I moved back to AZ and went to pick him up in TX after 3 months for my turn only to find out he moved from our house and is refusing me to tell him where he is unless I sign full custody to him. I calledthe police but in TX we both have 50/50 until a court were to say otherwise. Can I file for custody in AZ without him in my possesion?
  • My decree states that my ex-husband has supervised visitation. The person who was supervising was my mother, who recently passed away. There is no other family member or friend that can do the supervising. We have tried to have me supervise but we end up fighting during the visit. Will the court supervise or is there a program that will supervise?
