Since I have proof of trying to contact her of my notice does it still count until I can get her the actual notice in person if she ever responds?   • We rented a home in Maricopa and had the AC unit go out approx. 8 times in 3 months. Every time the property management company would file a claim with the home warranty company. . We had to buy our own window AC to stay cool. Only twice were we offered a hotel. Combined between myself and my husband we had to take off 10 days from work to accommodate the repair man. The repair man said from the start that the unit needed to be replaced but it never was. Our AC bills were as high as 700 dollars due to the issues. Do we have a case in small claims court?

  • My ex wife was in a car accident in my vehicle and she was at fault. the car had no auto insurance during the accident, now the other parties insurance is suing us. I lend her my car while we where going through a divorce so she could drive our son around. her and i agreed verbal she would cover the insurance (she only did it for a few months apparently and let it laps), i was not aware she did not pay the insurance and was driving with a suspended licence. She is saying i am responsible for the fees is this true?
  • I owned a house in 2005- when everything boomed it was way overpriced and there was a 1st and a 2nd. I went through a divorce and lost the home as it was upside down. It went into foresclosure and I never heard another word. This now 2019 and I received a letter in the mail saying the 2nd mortgage wants to settle with me for $5000 on a $92,000 note from that house- that was 13 years ago! Can they even do that? My house was upside down and then foreclosed on and sold.
