I moved in to my new apartment and it was broken into the very next morning while i was gone. The landlord change the locks but what can i do legally in order to replace what was stolen?

I was a stay-at-home mom for the majority of my marriage. During that time I accrued some student loans. In our separation agreement we each agreed to pay half of that, and any other, debt. A lawyer I spoke with stated that I am eligible for alimony (we were married 9 years and I stayed home for 6 of them), but my spouse takes great exception to this. He believes that since I did not contribute, monetarily, I should not be entitled to alimony. What should my expectations be?

I am having my first baby in 4 weeks. I would like to have my baby receive my boyfriends last name and have him listed as the father but i am concerned. If I do this will he be able to take the baby and not give her back ? Should i have some sort of custody arrangements in place before i put his name on the birth certificate? I am worried. I rented my house 2 months ago. I was behind payments, but want to keep my house expecting to recuperate 5600 $ suing my ex-employer for non paid salaries and commissions as soon as possible .Tenant found out house is going for foreclosure. Notice of foreclosure arrived a month ago from now and tenant made stop payment on a rent check for July ! I am just about of filling for eviction. Does my tenant is in his wright for not paying the rent, because the house is going for foreclosure in 2-3 months ?!What possible actions they can take against me …?

If I had a girlfriend when I was young and she get pregnen .But I did not see her for years she can come and asking me for child support and I have to pay her.

can a complex predate a notice to terminate lease just for not wanting to renew lease? I think this tactic is used because I claim they have unsafe property and gave them 30 day notice to comply with health and safety.
