I am expecting a baby in the next couple of days. The father of my child doesn't want anything to do with the baby and he says if I put him on child support he will "disappear" and I'll never hear from him and will not get any child support. He is a CNA, can his license get suspended for failure to pay?? He also said he'll sign over his rights so he doesn't have to pay child support.

My ex wife and I have been divorced for 18 months and it involved two kids. Our divorce decree and final agreement is filed in Rogers County Oklahoma. I now live in Arizona and have since the separation in May of 05. This summer my son came to visit and he has been asking his mom if he could live here and she gave me written and verbal permission that he could and now he has been here for 3 months with the agreement that we would modify the final agreement and child support. He is enrolled in school and school activities and after school activities and is doing very well. She is now wanting him to come back to Oklahoma and I want to file documents to keep her from doing this........can I do it here in Arizona or does he have to be here for a certain amount of time? I just had a baby and an ex-boyfriend who is not the father of my baby is taking me for paternity test. Do I have to pay court fees every time someone wants to claim to be the father of my child. I was not even with him at the time and the father of my baby is on birth certificate and the baby has the fathers last name. Question is why do I have to pay court fees to respond, it's like anyone can petion to be the father and I have to pay court fees when I alresdy know who father is

I have termite's in my apartment and have contacted the landlord 3 times regarding it. Nothing has been done in 2 weeks. Also leaks keep happening in my bathroom from the unit above.
