  • I'm engaged to a man who is lock up because of his baby momma but she don't let him have any rights and he says he remembers signing the birth certificate so that gives him rights but she told him he wasn't the father so he is wanting a DNA test done as soon as possible because he had child support payments pending

There is a modification clause stating that all party's must approve in writing any changes to the lease. Can the other roommate and the Landlord move anyone they want into the residence without the approval of the other two that are remaining? There is a sub-lease clause as well stating that a sub-lease may be granted with the approval of the Landlord.
