  • I recently bought a mobile home park and a tenant is behind on paying rent. What are the laws on eviction when the tenant owns their mobile home and they aren't paying rent?
  • I've been sick for the past 3 months and the doctors have not been able to diagnose my initial cause. Because of the musky smell in our rental, we believe there to be mold. I believe it is mold making me sick. When I informed the owner he instantly jumped down my throat and asked why this is the first he's hearing of anything. Since I asked not to pay rent till the rental tested for mold he threatened to start the eviction process as soon as possible. I understand I have to pay rent. What do I do about the possible mold issue?

There are no sidewalks to walk so your forced to walk on the street where there are pot holes and cracks eveywhere. No only does ut poes a risk and damage to your cars but the fear of falling in the streets cuss of all the potholes and cracks. Who do we need to notify about this?

  • Do I have legal grounds to request that I don't pay my last month's rent at my apartment because of the state of the AC? My AC started leaking so bad that I had to remove the cover from the ceiling, which had been so rusted, that it was dripping out of the rust holes. I found that the condensation pan has a tear that was patched with caulking and it's not even aligned properly! It's an inch thick of rust and it looks as if the air filter has never been changed, so that is why it froze and is now leaking.
