I am going to take my children to San Diego for a couple of days. Do I have to ask their mother/ for permission. We reside in AZ and we have joint legal custody but I am the primary custodian with her visitations only being every other weekend and tuesdays and thursdays 3.30pm-7.30pm. This trip will not interfere with her visitation nor does it say anywhere on the decree about vacations Her visitation schedule does not change during breaks either. It is same all year round. Please advise. Thanks.

I have lived as a tenant for the past 3 years and every year a major appliance breaks, first it was the microwave, then the stove/oven, and now the refrigerator. Each repair takes over 2 months. My refrigerator broke on 7/23 and it is still not fixed! Can I pro-rate my rent for the days without a working refrigerator? Our food has gone bad and it is still not repaired! So frustrated!

I am renting (with 3 months left on my lease) but am in the process of purchasing a home. I have requested to vacate the rental property early but will pay all remaining rent. Question: can the landlord legally require me to maintain the rental property (thru the lease date) even after I’ve paid all rent and vacated the property?

Someone posted a no trespassing sign ARS 13-1502-A1 on some idle land my neighbors and I have traditionally use for access to county trails. It is suspect. How can I tell if this is a legitimate sign, or if someone just bought it off the internet to scare his neighbors away? (same party strung cable accross a common access road in June and injured a bicyclist) . thx!
