Do I need to get annulment from my two month marriage. I recently found out I have been married for the past 9 years to another man that I thought I was divorced from. The original husband is a Veteran and although I might not be eligible for benefits because I left 9 years ago, I need to know if I can still apply for benefits being currently married. Does this 2 month marriage exist?

I belong to a Property Owner's Association. The manager and the original Developer states we do not follow ARS Title 33 because the Association is a non-profit corp. and does not own property. We are all mandated members that must pay dues to maintain the roads that are dedicated to public use. We have bylaws, CC&R's. Is this true? The developer is getting properties back thru foreclosures and says he does not owe dues and is using his 10-1 votes from the foreclosures. Our CC&Rs say that if the first mortgagee gets property back they are not liable for past dues, but from acquisition. Help?

Is it legal for a mobile home park owner to charge rent on a mobile they don't own?

Trying to sell my mobile home in private rv park, landlord has taken 6 weeks in process of qualifying new tenant. Requiring all sorts of paperwork and credit card statements for past 2 years, new tenant proved high credit rating and no criminal background, finally he said he was thru and withdrew application which made sale of my mobile home cancelled. Meantime I have turned down a few buyers waiting this unreasonable amount of time for approval of a good reasonable buyer. How long is lawful to make a buyer wait for approval into a mobile home park. I fear this will never end.
