QUESTIONS

  • I've had a leak in the wall in my kitchen from the unit above me, I submitted a maintenance request, the maintenance department falsely closed out the request without taking care of the issue and said there was no signs of leakage. I informed property management of the issue, they got a maintenance man to come to my unit and upon first sight he noticed that it was a major problem and stated that he would come back on Monday 01/06/2020 when his supervisor was on duty and has not returned. The leak has been going on for months. I'm sure that there may be mildew by now. What are my rights?

  • The saleperson whom sold my home lied to me and the costs were nothing I would agree to. I own my home outright and made it clear what I wanted and what I would pay. Now she claims she will give up her commission but she has been so j trustworthy , I am afraid she will steal my home or rip me off.   • This property is advertised as a gated community. Little did I know, the front has NOT been locked since I moved last Jan 2018. This is caused many young homeless to walk of the street onto the property, steal, climb our fenced in pool--with their clothes on and break in to use our laundry room to sleep. (Several of the residents have complained several times!) All because the front entry foot gates are not locked.
  • I was convicted of a non dangerous sex offense back in 1984. Was a level 1 till I got convicted of failure to register in 2001. That changed my level 2. I dont understand, since the original crime was non dangerous and the second felony was a technical crime, that now I am dangerous. Is there any hope for any of the non-dangerous sex offenders getting off the registery? This would open time and money to monitor the actual dangerous sex offenders.
  • My ex and I have a 10year old son. About 2 years ago a custody order was put into affect in the state of California, her place of residence. I live here in AZ. Since then she has moved here to Arizona and has been living here for the past year and a half. I don’t know where she lives and refuses to let me see my son despite of the court order. Can that court order be enforced here in AZ? Also can I take her to court to request 50/50 parenting time?
