I bought a mobile home from a lady that had a list for the year. She didn't pay the remaining payments on her list. N the park dont want to qualify my buyers for leasing the property or selling it. I have a 5 year old and she has my maiden name as her last name (her biological father is not in the picture and never has been) I recently got married and would like to hyphenate her last name with my maiden name and my married name. My friend just rented a trailer in willams.here are the issues he is having with his landlord and corresponding questions 1. The is sewer gas coming out of the drains in the bathroom 2.there are many electric plugs and switches that are coming out of the walls when touched or used 3.there are no smoke alarms. 4.one of the entrance doors has a rotted core and can not be secured, (it can be pulled open or pushed in effortlessly 5. House is being foreclosed on. There is a second mortgage involved. What is the statue of limitations for the second mortgage to file a deficiency law suit? Is it 90 days after the sale of trust of the 1st mortgage foreclosure? Or does it fall under the 6 year rule?

I am the single mother of a severly multiply disabled child. Before moving to Phoenix last year I lost conservatorship of my son's estate. It is very difficult to get things paid for through the court-appointed fiduiary and I don't plan on moving back to detroit. What steps do I need to take to regain the conservatorship?
