QUESTIONS

  • I own my mobile home in a 55+ park; the park wants to buy my unit with a down payment and then payments for x number of years. They are then selling it, now, to a buyer. How does this work with my title? Do I become a lien holder to the park who is buying?
  • I am on section 8, I rent from a real estate agency. I am being evicted for not paying my water bill. The realtor makes me share the water bill with my neighbor, and divides it in half for us to pay. I have not been able to pay for it, I have two daughters and we struggle to pay the electric and other expenses. In the past he has allowed me to get caught up when i file for taxes. I pay it out of the earned income credit refund, this year he is not allowing me to do so. They are evicting me, I asked if i could pay it when i get my tax refund, he said no. Is it legal to charge me half of H2o?

We are unable to enjoy our home in the evening due to his sawing metal, compressors, and loud banging well into the night. It sounds like we have a factory in our living room. Our property manager has tried to make him stop but he continues to keep us awake with his noise and is EXTREMELY defensive if he is asked to stop. We do not have the money to relocate our home, what else can we do?
  • Is there a 3 day release from jail if not charged rule? But if the jail lists charges on the inmate, doesn't that mean that they have been charged? And if the preliminary hearing is scheduled, doesn't that mean that they have been charged, but not necessarily indicted? On major methamphetamine trafficking charges, isn't it unlikely someone would get out on the above-mentioned 3 day "rule"? Without a bond? Just turned loose?
  • We have received numerous noise complaints. We addressed the issue multiple times. It was determined that the flooring was poor and that the plumbing in our apartment was broken (causes a loud banging anytime water is turned on). Leasing staff entered our apt. without permission and stated they discovered these things. We thought they found the source of the noise and would figure out a solution. Yesterday we received another 10 day noise complaint. My roommates and I are afraid of eviction and we aren't sure what the next steps should be.

  • I was legally separated 12/7/2017 and the divorce was finalized 01/17/2019.During our separation I allowed my ex-wife to use my truck to drive our son around. She was in a car accident 06/2018 shes at fault (the truck had no insurance, we had a verbal agreement she would pay for it and she did But for afew months).Theres now a civil law suit against us for damages+. On this document its says I’m negligent or lending her my car. she says that legally I am at fault for everything because the truck is only under my name. she caused this car accidents but am I responsible since it’s my car?

I need to get out but am in a lease for 8 more mo. I don't want my credit ruined. I don't want to get him in trouble, I just want to get away from him. Is there a way I can retract from my lease?   • My wife and i separated(not legally) about a year ago. She claimed she couldn't find work in Arizona. She asked for my permission to take our kids to texas for a few months to work and save money. She has sinced refused to return the kids and come back to Arizona. We both signed and had notary stamped a written agreement but she failed to honor it. She has no work currently but yet will not return our boys. Any help or council would be appreciated. I plan on filling divorce in arizona and petition shared custody in the next few days. What can i do to get my kids back?
