  • Can a landlord refuse to put the electricity bill in his/her name?
  • iam a us citzen and i got married in mexico because my husband does not have papers and we want to get him the green card because iam currentky living in arizona and he is in mexico and it is hard to see each other so we cant to get him a green card how can we go about this, we dont have an idea what lawyer can we thats affordable can you help?
  • I have lived at the same complex for a few years. The property has changed hands and the staff also has changed. The current manager has been here over six months. I have never been charged late fees when I went past the grace period and I have some bank information to support that has occurred more than once. This month she stuck me with over $70 in late fees for the first time. I asked her why she is now penalizing me for the first time and she said she is tired of everyone walking all over her. I am under the impression that since she has not previously enforced the fees that she can't now?
  • My son just turned 18. He should be entering his senior year in high school so the court papers say I pay child support until he is out of school or 19 years old. He quit school and was supposed to get his GED. He has not nor does it look like he ever will. “Until 19” clause was there to ensure support through high school. Since he is not enrolled, shouldn’t I be able to stop support since he is 18. I don’t support these choices made by him and his mother.

  • I own my trailer but rent the space. The owner of the park passed away and we were left alone for a few months. Rent checks were returned and it was chaos. I received a certified letter saying I have not paid rent for 4 months, when I know I have. I have proof for 1 of those months, but cannot find the others. The office is open for 3 hours a day while I'm at work, so I stick it in the outside mailbox that is locked. Other tenants have received the same notice and said they also paid. Some tenants are also suing the park for abandonment. What can I do to prevent paying rent twice? Thank you

Also, for viewing purposes, if I have a viewing for a prospective tenant, may I give a 2-hour window then call the realtor so she can post that realtors may show the home during that 2-hr time too?
