  • The owner of the park is selling mobile homes. He is the lienholder. If he re-sells & you are on the Title as owner. Can he re-sell it without you signing off on the Title
  • When I was terminated by my employer, i was given the option to voluntarily resign and get a good reference from them, or to be fired with no reference. In retrospect i believe that this was an attempt to preclude my being able to claim unemployment. Is it legal for an employer to present these as the only two options for an employee?

  • I have been divorced for 4 years now. For the summer I signed up the kids (2) for a program that ends each day @ 5:30 for $180. My ex wants to sign them up for a program @ the comm. center for $1250 becasue it ends at 6:00 each day. She is not employed and does no know when she will be getting off?
