My ex husband has turned me my boyfriend for identity theft to the bank but he changed all my utilities to his name with different account numbers and someone has my information answer it look like I have done all this when it wasn't me he has my old account in his name but I didn't give him permission so who do I talk to who do I get to help us

in 2013 I was paper arrested. I was charged with theft of a personal cell phone valued at 500 dollars. The state picked up the charges and after 9 months dropped the charge. 3 months later they refilled and again i plead not guilty and in april 2014 they dropped the charges again but its without prejudice again. How do I get it changed to with prejudice?

My lease expires at the end of the month and have given my landlord(management)30 day notice and they have listed the property on market for rent.Today is 11th and they have called me to let them bring people in for viewing.Can i refuse and tell them no until i move out?

I live in senior apartments In Peoria AZ. My son who is trying to quit using drugs stayed with me for about 2 weeks waiting to go into rehab. A neighbor complained and I spoke with management and they told me that it was not a problem not to worry about it and the after his TB test was completed he needed to be out. About a week later I receive notice that due to excessive grease on my stove (of which there was VERY little of and I have photos to prove this) that if I didn't clean the grease they would terminate my residency and they refered me to AZ revised statute 33-1368 (A). After looking at this statute it has nothing to do with cleaning a grease from my oven or any other kind of upkeep on my residence but with having guests etcetera... they also said I have five days to clean it up or they will issue at termination. Is there anything I can do?

What if a landlord, (who after some research is not licensed or associated with management company, for which he claims) continues to ignore our pleas to fix the hazardous wiring, and flooring that is not disabled friendly? Also what if there are conflicting reports on a black mold inspection? We were told yes we do and the landlord refuses to clean the ducts because his report says no. I have been hospitalized 6 times, and when I have pneumonia, it gets worse each time, which caused me to have a O2 level go as low at 83 this last one. A high risk for retaliation, A fear of house safety.

I rented a home for almost 8 years. We were never offered any carpet cleaning or paint the entire time we were there. The landlord about a year ago said they would give us paint but only with a new year lease. I heard that they are required to offer carpet cleaning and paint every 2-3 years. They are trying to charge us now that we've moved for carpet cleaning and new paint. Are they able to do that when we got nothing the whole time?
