I am a Registered Nurse and have worked continuously as a RN in the Phoenix area for 37 years. This year a requirement for proof of citizenship is required. I have my Certified birth Certificate but it is not acceptable by the State Board of Nursing because my first and middle names are reversed from what the Arizona State Board of Nursing have on file. The only documentation I received to verify the change was my social security card. I am a Medicare Benificiary and I receive Social Security Benefits. I have been researching the accepted lists for proof of citizenship and find that Arizona states if you have been accepted into the Medicare program no other proof of citizenship is required. I have been a Medicare Benificiary since I was 65, a total of 6 years. However, the Arizona State Board of Nursing lists do not include enrollment in Medicare as proof of Citizenship. What can I do to prove I am a United States Citizen?

I was in a car accident. The other driver's insurance company has offered to pay about $1000 -$1500 less than the Kelly Blue Book value for my car. The insurance company will not release my car until I sign the title over to them. The insurance rep will not provide documentation of how they determined the valve of my car. Iam a 82 year old widow living on my husbands retirement and ss . My house is paid of , but I pay a small common fee . I recently took out a 130000 loan against my house to help my Granddaughter build a new house . She is now going through a divorce and is not paying me for the loan ( always two months late). The bank is threatening forclosure against my home I am living in. I was going to take a loan against my retirement to pay off the loan . The new house is in my Granddaughters name and her ex is living in it . Can I have my name put on the house and have her pay me rent without bad tax implications. I'm 19 parents are divorced, dad has been supporting me, wondering if the child support could come directly to me instead of my mother I never see any of the child support, if not can I sue my mother for the child support, since a lot of the time I'm at my boyfriends apt, staying there, my mother says that he should be supporting me since I stay over there, she is money hungry, she is also supposed to be paying on school loans, she's not. What can I do?

My husband has no papers. He has been served with petition to establish child support. I pay everything since he cant work. I would like to know if child support will become my responsibility in this case, since he does not work and if there is anything I can do. Thank you.

Landlord has given me a 5 day notice to vacate. I want this to be resolved in court as soon as possible. My questions is can the landlord wait more then the 5 days to file with the court? Could he wait to file 2 weeks? Is there a point where the notice is not a valid 5 day notice?
