  • are wills in Arizona required to be recorded /registered, and are they open to the public? 
  • I filed in small claims for the return of my rental deposit. I named the home owner as defendant and responded with a copy of the lease which names someone else as the landlord. I don't want to wait for a court date. How can I "cancel" this action and file a claim on the landlord on the rental agreement?
  • I have been divorced for 4 years now. For the summer I signed up the kids (2) for a program that ends each day @ 5:30 for $180. My ex wants to sign them up for a program @ the comm. center for $1250 becasue it ends at 6:00 each day. She is not employed and does no know when she will be getting off?   • I have been accepted to job corps a program that pays for everything for me to study and on the job training. the only state that allows me to take my 7 month child with me is North Dakota. The father of my child hasnt been in her life these last three months even when i call him and text him he just ignores me. He is on the birth certificate but isnt helping me with any child expenses and doesnt even want to see her. He said it was okay for me to take her before but he got mad one day and said i couldnt. Their is no papers set down in court either.

We are protected under the Protecting Tenants in Foreclosure Act, and can stay for the duration of our lease. We are willing to leave in 60-90 days, to give us time to find another rental. If the PTFA expires on 12/31/14 are we still protected on 1/1/15? Can they give us more time but then come back on Jan. 1st and evict us? Are we protected past the expiration of the act because we signed our lease before the foreclosure?
  • If a person was with another before either of them turned 18 and stayed together after, is it legal? the person who is 18 is only 1 year and 15 days older. they had a baby and worried about putting the male on the birth certificate because they dont know if he can get in trouble or not.
