  • A friend of mine took a old used ac unit and scrapped it he and another employee noticed it in the trash for about 2 to three weeks afterthis occurred the company was reimbursed full value and he was charged with theft is this doable
  • Is a landlord still allowed to charge you full amount of rent if needing to leave the home for more than 1/2 month to fix mold found in walls? I’ve heard that they can however they are responsible for providing you a place to live in while the repairs are being made is that true? Or can a tenant use some of the rent money to provide housing while property is being fixed if landlord refuses to pay for housing. Please help!!
  • Hello I recently moved in my apartment on 8/15 at that time my air conditioning was not working blows out warm air. I notified the office they sent a technician over the same day. I told him my air doesn't work he TOLD me it does and changed the air filter. Which it did not. I contacted the leasing office again around 8/31. They called me left a message to speak with maintenance. I called back TWICE never got a response. My air did not get fixed until 9/16! And my electric is now shut off because I cannot pay a 850 dollar bill. Should the leasing office accommodate me for these times?

This morning I called to check on her she said she was okay and that his younger son and girl friend were gonna watch baby. I went to the hospital cause my stitches tore to my c-section. What can be done from my current state of residence to obtain physical custody asap. The State Agency and police officers prior have stated that it's just discipline. What 200 lb man needs to choke, hold down on floor with knee in chest to discipline a less than 130 lb girl? Very smart. Honor roll student.
  • Landlord was notified about roach problem. Landlord hired pest control services. Three months later, previous pest control services had no effect. Tenant notified landlord. Tennant hired own pest control services. Pest problem going down. Today, water heater caught fire and now needs replaced. Cause of fire is most likely the roaches. Can Tennant break lease legally and without reprocussions or have rental payment returned?
