QUESTIONS

  • we are currently listed as owner's to a mortgage but signed transfer of property- deed papers to an investor of whom we have been making monthly payments to. We have been informed by the mortgage that our payments have not been submitted and that we will soon be in foreclosure. What can we do? This investor promised to assume the mortage as well as the property but really only filed tranfer of property and continues to collect our money, of which has been steady each month.
  • Back in 1998 I was convicted with a felony, I thought I had this Expunged 2005, but I am finding this is still coming up. Where do I locate the records of this expunged paper work, not the original records of the criminal act?

NMR(facility)did not contact family nor ins administrater & entered "private pay." RNs&docs contacted family throughout admit(#'s in chart). Former employee admits no letter/no voice mail message to family. NMR filed probate with condo as only asset, chose the PR, & now, due to their admin error and incompetence, fees&costs against Estate in excess of $40,000, disabled grandson being evicted & condo auction sold thru no fault of Mom or family
  • I was bailed out of Pima county over two years ago my uncle put his house up as collateral I went to my court dates and completed all my obligations got a letter from Pima county saying they released the house but Pima county never paid the bondsman so he isn’t releasing the deed till he gets his money back how can I fight this our house is in escrow and is held up by this

Ask how much I will be receiving every month then cut my hours from 40 per week to 24 per week? Tell me my job is guaranteed to the end of the year and then it depends if he will keep me. I have over 24 years experience and he was going to lay me off and keep the person in their 30's who has 5 years experience because they made $6,000 less than me. Can he do this since I'm a senior citizen?
