My finance is being threatened with termination of her job, harrassed ever since she had obtained a FMLA for her daughter's condition. There are things that have been said to to her in meetings with her boss and she needs to know if she can legally record those conversations without her boss knowing as proof of harrassment?

I live in an apartment complex. There has been several falls due to uneven sidewalks, the last one resulting in a broken ankle. We are now being required to purchase personal injury insurance. Otherwise they will charge us $35 per month until we do. Can they do this? My lease is good until June.

My question is I have lived with my boyfriend just shy of a year he was on the lease , I was not however we had an oral agreement that i was living with him along with my son last time and my dog, my mail went there and all my personal belongings where there well on 1/5/18 his parents came to my house changed the locks on me after I had left ( that same day cops showed up spoke with my boyfriend to verify he wanted me there he said yes ) later that night they changed the locks and had all my personal belongings moved to storage which I didn’t authorize , what are my rights and what should I do

My spouse and i both have a retirement plan thru our employer. We are 38 and 40 years old and getting divorced. Since we both have our own retirement plan, do we each get 1/2 of the others during a divorce? this seems silly? How does the court view this scenario? If only one spouse had a retirement plan i could see the division of it but it seems if both parties have a retirement plan, you would just keep your own?

My girlfriend has a teenage daughter with no father listed on her birth certificate however both the child and the mother know the father and he is present in his daughters life. I accepted a plea agreement for a diversion program in which i needed to complete a specified ammount of classes and then my charge would be dropped... About half way through, i was arrested on a different matter and spent a week in jail before the charges were dropped... I was released on the new charges but now i have a warrant for not completing the terms of the program... Im really worried about wether or not they will let me go back to doing the classes or if ill have to go to prison... Anysuggestions?? Also I am a veteran.. Is there anywhere i can get free legal advice or a lawyer..
