My ex-wife has stopped paying on the car and credit cards agreed upon in the divorce decree. My name is still on those items and I am afraid it is going to effect my credit. What can I do?

I want to hyphenate my daughter's last name.She currently has her biological father's last name,who has nothing to do with her.I have remarried and want to give her mine and my husband's last name,who is the only father she knows.Can I do that? And since I am not removing my ex's last name,do I still need his consent?

I've had a leak in the wall in my kitchen from the unit above me, I submitted a maintenance request, the maintenance department falsely closed out the request without taking care of the issue and said there was no signs of leakage. I informed property management of the issue, they got a maintenance man to come to my unit and upon first sight he noticed that it was a major problem and stated that he would come back on Monday 01/06/2020 when his supervisor was on duty and has not returned. The leak has been going on for months. I'm sure that there may be mildew by now. What are my rights?

My packages go straight to the office at my apartments everyone's does. Why do they have to take pictures of my packages big or tiny before they let me have them. And then I have to sign for them. They are not the post office. I don't want pictures taken.

My situation is I live in Minnesota and my ex lives in Arizona. Minnesota ruled to keep jurisdiction there for all support and custody issues. My ex opened a child support case in Arizona, and now because of this my taxes were taken. Is this legal?? I have the MN court order but can Arizona take over??

I have been living in my apartment for 9 years. The first year, I signed a one year lease and paidnfirat and last months rent and a security deposit of $200. My father passed and my sister had a beneficiary deed that made the home hers. I've lived there for 7 years and provided care for my father during that time. She is now trying to evict me and my father's only been gone for two weeks. She's entering the house and removing property and even drilled out the lock to my bedroom door. She's installed cameras to watch the house from outside. What are my rights?
