  • I am 15 and I would like to move out because it is not in my best interest to live with my mom I continually get into fights with my mom(verbally) I also get into fights with my step dad (he has hit me on multiple occasions) I have a place to stay at my friends house his dad said it would be okay for me to move in I would have my own room (I live in an attic at my moms)can I legally move in without parental consent

I called Thursdayady told me most likely no I e would go check out my ac because according to them 86 degrees was normal inside my house for it being to hot outside. I lend her my car while we where going through a divorce so she could drive our son around. her and i agreed verbal she would cover the insurance (she only did it for a few months apparently and let it laps), i was not aware she did not pay the insurance and was driving with a suspended licence. She is saying i am responsible for the fees is this true?

  • I have had my step daughter since she was 1 year old. She will be 6 soon. I have raised her as my own, taking her to the doctor, school ect. She lives with my husband and our children full time.   • Hi. I own my home and established a month to month lease agreement with additional terms (requiring a 30 day move-out notice etc) with acquaintance for our spare room. She did give a two week notice and planned on moving out on the first of the month. She ended up staying 4/5days into the next month were no rent was collected. At this time a few belonging were left behind. She had inquired to pick these items up under short notice once. It has been 6 months now and I was asked if we still had her items and wanted to pick them up. Is she still entitled to these items?

  • What are the obligations of the obligee if she has an existing college degree and all children are in school all day? Is there any requirement that she get a job? She is not in an education or training program.
  • When a child turns 19 is a parent legally responsible for that child. For example, a child moves out of home and is making poor choices, if something were to happen is the parent liable.
