How far can they go back for child support

A friend came to visit me in AZ and was considering moving here... he filled a full wardrobe of clothes at my place, even changed his drivers license to my address, then left a week later and never returned... the clothes have been sitting here since November 2014, he now reaches out to me 7.5mo later requesting i send them back to him in IL or he will take me to court... he was never a roomate, never on the lease... does he have any legal right to this stuff?

My mother passed away in 2012, she will the family home to my 2 sisters and I. 1 sister signed off on estate not wanting any of it. My oldest sister moved her son and girlfriend into mothers house. My mother has a mortgage on home and I think my sister is wrong for keeping account open under my mothers name. She tells me to not worry about it. What can I do about it. I want to sell the home. Any help would be appreciated.

My sister gave my husband and I power of attorney over her son when he was a month old because she had several outstanding warrants including one for failure to pay child support for her other two children. She turned herself in and was out in about a month she asked for baby back and complied, about a week later she was incarcerated again. We got the baby he was 3 months he will be turning 2 soon she was recently released from prison and has only had contact with him twice. She wants to take him with her but she does not have a job or her own place. What can I do to keep her from taking him.
