  • An exboyfriend kicked me out of his mothers home and kept all of mine and my 2 year olds belongings. Including birth certificates, SSCs , immunization records, pictures, jewelry, clothes, toys etc. What can i do to attept to get my belongings? He claims to have nothing of mine.
  • I have lived /owed my condo for 13 years and yes, it's a HOA issue. My HOA has had judgements and liens against several units, both owned by past directors. A new board member purchased them at very awesome price, no one else knew they were for sale, no notice. The " Management Company " said that even though the HOA put those liens/judgements in place, it's still up to the previous to pay back the HOA.   • I read in the A.R.S. §§ 33-1322 –1324, which specifies: A landlord is required to do the following: Supply running water and reasonable amounts of hot water. Questions: Must I, as a Landlord, have to pay my tenants gas bill for hot water? What does "reasonable amounts of hot water" mean specifically? The water heater is in good condition and does not repairs. P.S., I already pay their monthly water that comes from the city.
