This notice was mailed first class and Certified mail return receipt along with being posted . This action was outlined in the tenants Residental Lease Agreement for us to have the right to inspect after giving notice. Are we safe to enter?

  • If there have been multiple vehicle break-ins and I am moving because I don't feel safe, can I leave without penalty? My lease asks for a 60 day notice, this just happened no way for me to give a notice. Also my lease is up September 9. I read that it's AZ state law, that if a tenant feels unsafe they may leave. I am moving because I literally can't sleep because my car was broken into and I have a small child.
  • We mailed in our divorce documents to the court, and when returned signed by the judge it doesn't have an Atlas number, or child support commence date. My ex wife claims she has it and it isn't given to the father paying child support. Did the child support not actually become obligatory?
