My mother-in-law lives in some apts. in Oro Valley. The new management wants to rwpkace the carpet in her apt and told her they want her to move her furniture out and find a place to store it until they aee finished. Isn't it the responsibility of the management to cover the expenses and labor for this?

my son just turned 18 five months ago, he is currently in the county jail for his very first time with 4 serious criminal felony charges. 1st degree burglary, theft-control property, conspiracy and kidnap. I know my son is innocent.. He met a girl age 17, just four days prior to be arrested, the girl left her backpack in her friends truck, and that is how my son got into this mess. by going with this girl to get her backpack, if the owner of the truck robbed a house right before picking up the girl and my son who knew nothing of the incident, can my son go to prison for these 4 charges??? How serious are these charges?? he was literally, in the wrong place and the wrong time, he was offered a ride from phoenix to mesa and he accepted the ride so he didn't have to take the bus...Please help me

I got hurt doing a job at a flea market site for extra money, I was paid to pick up trash and to weed eat the property. I was weed eating and fell down an embankment and cut my leg. Is the owner responsible to pay for my medical bills? He says he's not because I was under a contract which is not true I never signed any contract at all with him, just a verbal to weed eat the property and pick up track for a free booth for the the year that was all I was suppose to do. thanks for your response

I rent a mobile home that has a large front and back yard. My landlord is always on the property and coming over unannounced. I understand I rent from him but how much privacy am I entitled to? The landlord also has a storage shed that sits behind the mobile home. We don't use. The neighbor next door comes over whenever he pleases and uses the storage shed. He says the landlord lets him use it. I feel like I have no privacy whatsoever!

I havea one-year old son with a man who has broken my arm and has been charged with aggrivated assault. I obtained an op and he has violated it manytimes. He has broken my nose and I filed charges against him for that. He is still not in jail. He has denied any domestic violence in my family law case and is making making false police reports that makes me sound crazy. How do i protect myself and my son from such a person when the county seems happy to go along with what he has been doing to me? Is there anyone who can go to court with me?

I signed my trailer and some contents left in the trailer back to the park landlord 3 days ago and today they brought the couch to my new place and dumped it in my carport i thought when i signed it over to these people that if they didn't want it that it was their responsibility to get rid of it..where do I stand

I am a new manager and I discover today that one of my tenants,who lives with boyfriend in an apartment that they rent, has her minor daughter living with her boyfriend,which is not a minor, in the apartment for a while.In the lease are only mother,mother´s boyfriend and daughter.What can I do? Should I call social services,should I cancel their contract?Is legal that the minor lives with her boyfriend( or a guy that is not a minor) and the mother accept that as normal?If the guy is giving them money can be considered that as the mother is making her daughter a prostitute? We have had plumbing issues at our new apartment and have had maintenance in and out of the place however the toilet continues to overflow and the apartment manager has done nothing, they haven't even sent a plumber out yet and this has been happening for like 3 weeks now, do we have the right to hold our rent or put it on escrow or how would we be able to proceed? We have since had to use our clothing to stop the flooding from spreading any further in the apartment but it has flooded our hallway ,kitchen, and living room.
