QUESTIONS

  • My dad left when i was baby. He just came back into my life a year ago, my mom has custody of me. But this past year i have been emointally abused and have had a few situatons with being physically abused as well. This is causing my school work to drop, and i cant take living here anymore. I have tried to find a way to live with my dad until i graduate, but i would like to know if there is any legal way i can move out, so I can get my life together and finish school without any problems.
  • I have been taking care of a 2 year old since he was 4 months old. His mother is in and out of prision and has had no contact with him, his father is about to go back to jail and has given me a POA but we want to sever mothers rights and move forward with adoption so hes legally mine but arent sure where to start

The court of Yavapai told me, " I have no idea as to what it is that we can do for you". Your convicted, is a conviction of law, there's nothing to do for you. Last year I mailed a request to have a say in this matter. I was given a court date. I could not make this date 4/28 . I received a letter saying to bad.
  • I was married to an ex marine for 10 years when I was 18. He was murdered shortly before we were divorced. Its been over 20 years but I was wondering am I still qualified for survivor's benefits or his pension?
  • Feb. 14,2014 Husband and I had a resolution meeting where he was suppose to rollover the per deim of his 401k plus 6k. it is on the paperwork to do so. It is now almost a year over and no surprise, he hasn't done a damn thing or how do I get him to or even know it is the correct amount? what if he has taken it all out by now? please help. I didn't say anything for I hoped he had done it and I just never got the paperwork, but I am pretty sure he didn't even attempt to. what can I do? sue him? hire my lawyer again? can I make him pay for my lawyer if I do have to get her involved again?
  • I received a traffic ticket in 1986 for no registration. I live in CA and due to the AZ ticket, I can not get my license in CA. Is there a staute of limitations? It is now Oct 2008. It has been 22 years. Thank you.
