I own the mobile home rent the lot it has Two parking spots i leave a vehicle here year around. This year I drove my motor home down and parked it in the second parking spot. Not in the way of any thing. Has the land lord got the right to tell me I can't park it there.

I am a PhD student at a private university. My program was sold to me as a 3.5 year program. I started the program in February of 2015 and had a completion date of July 2018. This is indicated on my student loan document. Through 2016 and 2017 had been working on an approved dissertation. In January of 2018, (6 months prior to finishing) I was informed my dissertation was no longer approved and I would need to start a new one. This extends my program by more than a year. My father was in a group home in Casa Grande and then died. It's been over 60 days and they have yet to refund his $500 security deposit. We live in Michigan and wonder if we can file a small claim but not have to be present.

To whom it may concern; My mom was deported back in 1997-1998. She was charged with a crime prior to that and did 3 years of probation. It was after the 3 years of probation that the U.S. deported my mom. She was punished for 7 years I believe. She is back in the U.S. and I would like to know how to help to get her papers. My brother and I were born here in Arizona U.S. of A. and just don't want our mom to be looking over her shoulder all the time. Someone has informed ICE that she is here and ICE have been looking for her. What action can we take. Thank you for your time.

My ex-husband sent me a letter from prison, telling me he hired a lawyer to get a judge to ORDER me to take our 2 kids to see him. I have sole custody, and I had told him that i am not going to take them to a prison to visit him. When he was out, he never put any effort to see our kids, he only does this when he's in prison. Is is possible for him to get a court order to force me to take the kids to see him in prison?

I was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and released on OR, missed a court date and brought in in a warrant. I was released on supervised release. I left the state and never went back. It has been 20 years. I want to get it cleared up because it comes up when my fingerprints are run for employment and concealed carry permit. Is this past the statute of limitations? Is the law different because I left the state?

I have 3 kids by the same man and his name is on their birth certificate and we never married. 7 years ago he was convicted of a sexual charge against my daughter and other charges and is in prison until my youngest is 18 years old. Before he sexual violated my daughter I had left him and was in a relationship with the man I’m married to today. My husband has raised my kids as his own for 7 years. Also the biological father was diagnosed as incompetent while he is incarcerated. Can my husband adopt my kids without his consent? So if I die he can raise my kids and not biological dads parents?

I went in to paseo park apt paid my 40.88 application fee and also my 100.00 holding fee I was approved signed the rental agreement for a apt took proposal to section 8 it was denied talk to property manager and explained it was a mistake she said okay but there's another problem the apt I gave you the tenants decided not to move and I have no other apt that will fit in your budget now if I'm not mistaken didn't she suppose to find me another apt or tell the tenants they have to move because she rented the apt to someone else what are my legal rights now I'm living in a roach infested property
