Question: is a custodial parent required by law to notify the non custodial parent of an address change, whether its in the divorce decree/custody agreement or not?

Answer: Parties leaving the state with a child usually have to give 60 days notice before leaving.  The Maricopa Superior Court has a self help center online that may help.  http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/SuperiorCourt/Self-ServiceCenter/Forms/FamilyCourt/index.asp  If you are located outside of maricopa, your local county superior court may also have self help forms.  You can also see if you qualify for free legal assistance here: http://www.azlawhelp.org/accesstojustice/
