Question: Hello I have 2 dv charges on me both misdemeanors. 4 years apart. I would like to know how do I find out if my gun rights were taken away from me? I have been to city,county and superior court to ask and no one can give me an answer. I am trying to get back in to the military and need to know this information. please help.
