Child Custody
questions & answers
Question: I have an order for the parenting plan and the parents disagree about what the term "2 days before school starts" means. So if school starts on Monday when does the Child need to return back to the other parent? Sat? or Friday? Where can I find proof of this?
Answer:
Contact the Superior Court of the County where the parenting time and divorce settlement was issued. The particular court should be able to answer the question regarding the term “ 2 days before school starts.” Additional information is available at the AzLawHelp.org website, with a specific discussion of parenting time. Parenting time is also referred to as visitation. (http://www.azlawhelp.org/articles_info.cfm?mc=1&sc=1&articleid=68) There is also a handbook regarding child custody and parenting time.
