Child Custody
questions & answers
Question: My husband and I are separated, I want to move out of state with our son.can I without anything filled through the court yet?
Answer: Legally you can move, but their could be serious repercussions. Not knowing the situation (are you legally separated? is there a document in place for setting parenting time?etc) there could be several issues. Your husband could file to have the child brought back. You should consider consulting a family law attorney before moving.
