Question: Once documents have been served for paternity, child support and decision making to the respective party- is the Defendant responsible for returning those documents back to the Plantiff or the court?
Answer: The defendant serves the responsive pleadings on the plaintiff, files the original with the court and provides a copy for the judge. You can obtain instructions on the website for the Arizona Superior Court: Go to https://www.azcourts.gov/ and find the self-help section. Look under family law where you will find forms and instructions.
