Child Support
questions & answers
Question: I have lost my pin and number to pay my child support so i can't access child support office. how would I go on getting it again. I moved out of state and can't just go into the child support office. And I do want to pay my child support
Answer:
It is easy to receive a new pin number if you have access to the internet. You can access your account at the Arizona Child Support Webpage. The only thing you need to know is your ATLAS case number. If you know your ATLAS number but you have lost your pin you should see a prompt at the top of the page where you can register for a new PIN number. Once you click on Register for a new PIN it will ask for you Social Security Number, date of birth, mailing address, zip code and ATLAS number. If you have all of this information they will send you a new PIN Number.
IMPORTANT NOTES: If your case is NOT receiving services from the Arizona Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) you will NOT have access to use this website. If your case is serviced by an Arizona Clerk of Court or an out-of-state child support entity, please contact them directly for information. Click here for contact information for Arizona Clerks of Court. Your PIN number is the same number used to access the DCSE IVR telephone system and can be used on this website or the IVR telephone system.
