Question: Want to file for divorce and have no income
Answer: Depending on if the divorce is being contested, you can go to the self service desk at Superior Court and file the papers yourself. They do have a waiver of fee form to fill out if you cannot afford to pay. You may also want to contact your local Community Legal Service office to see if they would be able to assist you with filing for divorce.
