Question: Neither of us is a resident of Arizona but got married in Arizona and would like to divorce in Arizona is it possible

Answer: In order to file for divorce in Arizona, one or both of the parties must be a resident of Arizona for 6 months.  If you have not lived in Arizona for at least six months, you would have to file in your current state (depending on what their laws say, they may have different requirements on residency.)
