Question: My husband has had 2 work related injuries where he suffered concussions, traumatic brain injuries & frontal lobe brain injury. Over time, his personality is changing for the worse & he's constantly verbally abusining me & my daughter & he completely loses his temper over nothing. Now he's threatening to open a new account for his SSD income & for the work comp annuity which is the majority of our income. He says he wants a divorce & is going to get an apartment & he's going to stop making the house payments. I know this is due to his TBI but what can we do to protect ourselves?
