Question: I moved to Arizona with my children due to a domestic violence sitaution, their father resides in Indiana is the stated obligated to inform him the children are placed with cps

Answer: Domestic abuse can take many forms.  It isn't always physical abuse. Another resource is Community Legal Services at 602-258-3434. You deserve to be safe and free from abuse. You may also want to discuss the issue with your CPS caseworker and find out what their policy is.
