questions & answers
Question: I was wondering if there is a form that i would beable to file agienst the other parent when it was court ordered that i get odd years to claim the child for taxes, but the other parent isnt co-operating and giving me my odd years to claim the child?
Answer: You can file an Affidavit of Non-Compliance, however, only use this form if your case is currently being monitored by order of the court and/or a Judicial Officer of the Superior Court has authorized a party to file an Affidavit of Non-Compliance in lieu of filing another Petition for Support Enforcement.
