Question: My sons father lives out of state but isn't on the birth certificate. does my sons father need to pay child support??
Answer: Paternity may need to be established before continuing to file for child support. The Arizona Courts has a self help website that gives information and forms by county. One of the areas is Establish Paternity with legal decision making. There is also information on child support and how to go about filing.
