Question: I WAS CHARGED WITH A FELONY IN AZ WHICH WAS DISMISSED AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING THE TASC PROGRAM. THE FELONY 4 IS NARCOTIC POSSESION. HOWEVER, I WAS ATTEMPTING TO FILL A FRAUDULENT PRESCRIPTION AND WAS NOT HOLDING ANY NARCOTICS WHEN I WAS ARRESTED. WAS I CHARGED PROPERLY? HOW CAN I CLEAR THIS ARREST FROM MY RECORD?
