Question: Hi, Does anyone know what does it take to get Back Ground records cleared for a misdemeanor? I can't even get an apartment due to some horrible day in 2010 its now jan. 2016, I keep having this old case that was dismissed in court, show up, this is a nightmare some five yrs. later. what do you suggest ???
