Expunging or sealing records
questions & answers
Question: what are the most command guild lines for someone to get their record set a side? do people have to have all fines paid off to do it?
Answer:
Arizona does not have a comprehensive expungement law (set aside) and some offenses are not covered. If your offense does qualify you must have completed ALL of court required sanctions (fines and other punishments leveed by the court). Go to http://www.azcourts.gov/ to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Also, please refer to Arizona Revised Statute 13-904 through 13-912 in regards to Set-Asides and restoration of civil rights (if you need that).
