Question: I've been working for an individual for 7 years off and on. In order to get my invoices paid, we have an agreement (verbal) that I scrap some of his stuff and apply it to the invoice, been doing just that for over 3 years now. Last week I scraped some Stainless boxes and applied the monies to my running invoice, just like I've been doing for years. Now he's accusing me of stealing from him and is threating to have me arrested for stealing his stuffs. What should I do about this ? I've never been arrested and don't want to start now at my age. I didn't take his stuff with any intent.
