Question: I stopped taking my medication and started drinking. I got into a minor alercation with a neighbor but I didn't hurt anyone. I went home, and how I I'm being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and threatening and intimidation. Can veterans court help me?

Answer: Veterans Court is only available if the charge is a misdemeanor and if it is an option in a specific location.  (For example, Apache Junction does not have a Veterans Court).  You can call the court in your jurisdiction to see if you are able to get into Veterans Court.
