Question: Can an organazation prefer one religion over another and request that employees sign a "statment of faith"?
Answer: In general person cannot be discriminated against based on their religion. But the exception is when the organization is set-up specifically for a religious purpose. In this case the organization is able to control who participates and use religion as a basis for inclusion or exclusion.
