Question: My employer has been deducting $20 from every employees paycheck every week stating we would get it back at the end of the year if there were no claims filed. It is a moving company and the employer carries insurance. It is past the end of the year and no one has received any of their money back. No one signed anything consenting these deductions either. Answer: Contact the Industrial Commission of Arizona at http://www.ica.state.az.us/Labor/Labor_WagClm_main.aspx. They should be able to assist you on what and how to file a claim.
