questions & answers
Question: i recently quit a job because my employer altered my contract without my permission and presented it as the original . now she won't pay me my last paycheck. is there an organization that can help me with a inexpensive lawyer (at least for a consultation) or should i take this to small claims court?
Answer:
We cannot tell you whether or not you should take a claim to court. If you decide to look for an attorney, you may want to review the article on this site titled "Where to Find an Attorney for Specific Legal Advice." That article will guide you to some legal resources in Arizona. Also, you may want to look at the agencies listed in the legal assistance tab of this site.
